「チェックイン時、ホテルドットコムからの連絡がきていないと言われた。そこでMitchelleという女性が登場。ホテルから状況確認するようにお願いしたところ、自分でカスタマーセンターに電話をして確認しろとの一点張り。渋々自分で電話したところカスタマーセンターからホテルに連絡してくれることになり、その後チェックインできた。 相当待たされたあげく、Mitchelleからは謝罪もなく、最悪な印象でした。二度と泊まることはないし、経営者はスタッフのサービスの質を上げる教育をしてほしいです。」

「Difficult to communicate with counter staff」

「Ich war lediglich nachts zur Übernachtung im Hotel und morgens früh wieder weg. Ich konnte keine Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels in Anspruch nehmen. 」

「Very nice hotel conveniently located next to the mall and hospital. It had a nice Indonesian breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Overall a great value. The only downside was the loud mosque next door. That said, I would stay there again 」

「Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep 」
