"We just got off a 9 hour flight tired and ready to eat and go to sleep. there was no restaurant or bar. We had to walk 3 blocks to find another hotel that had something for us to eat. Kinda not convenient or easy for us."

Please don't serve tea from a flask - make a fresh brew every time you serve it (a tea bag in freshly boiled water would have been much better and surely couldn't have cost much more to produce) "
