They provided breakfast items to our room because we had to leave before breakfast started and arranged our taxi to the airport. My wife had family she never met come to meet her and the clerk Andrea went above and beyond to translate for us, offered to make us coffee and found a spot where we could be comfortable for my wife and her cousin to get aquainted. "I’ve stay for a second week in a row at this magnificent place with my family. Cinthia at the front desk was very accommodating, and she even was able to upgrade our room, to a main floor suite, since we we carrying lots of luggage this time, and it was better than use the stairs. Amazing location, amazing service, this place deserve more stars than the ones already has. As usual, the breakfast was excellent and the personnel (sorry, I forgot the name of the young lady looking after the buffet...

"EH Suites is mostly excellent, except that the "Free Airport Shuttle" is NOT free. The driver insisted for us to pay 20 euro. "
