"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room faced the road/freeway and was noisy all night long, very little soundproofing thru all the glass windows/patio door. However we travelled with friends who stayed on the opposite side and said it was very quiet. If you stay there request a backside room if you want to sleep."

"Loved this hotel! The receptionist was super nice. The lobby and hotel exterior is amazing. The food/drinks were great. Pet-friendly. Within walking distance of a gas station if you want snacks. Would definitely recommend! Note that the rooms (or at least our room) was super small, but it’s a historic hotel, so I think that’s to be expected and we didn’t mind. "

"Even though the A/C wasnt working in the first room assigned to us, the staff was friendly and got us into a new room immediately even after 11 PM. Apart from that our experience was great. Breakfast was good as well"

"This hotel is very near airport, and offers a peaceful oasis after a long day of travel. The shuttle service is quick and efficient and the hotel staff welcoming. I’m so glad I chose to book a room and rest here for the night before collecting my rental car and traveling on to Taos. I will be a loyal customer going forward. "

"I love this place! Great staff and atmosphere. I stayed a week and loved it. The hotel has been fully remodeled and has a luxurious feel to it. My room was the Banana Suite, and it had a walk-in shower and an adjustable standing desk. If you are staying in the Nob Hill area, this is the place you should stay."

"Hotel is fairly close to the airport, clean and safe. Room furniture are not new and needs some maintenance work. No room complimentary coffee/tea tray. Complimentary breakfast is like an upgraded Continental Breakfast, but service was excellent. "
