「We were looking for a clean place to stay while venturing out to explore the Guanacaste region including several national parks and many beaches, so this met our needs. The room was clean, air conditioned and had a kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. If we were looking an all-inclusive resort type of stay, it would have been a colossal failure. The food was cafeteria style, limited and not very good. The one bar that was open didn't have much to offer. The pools were nice, but...

「The room was always spotless after cleaning. The staff was very responsive when the AC and shower door broke. Fixed them within 2 hours. 」

「The resort was over all nice only issue we had was the day we needed to leave to the airport to depart the transportation to bring us down took an hour to come get us and almost made us late for our flight. The resort is up a hill and no walking is permitted for safety. So you are forced to wait. We called the office several times to get picked up and the phone would just ring and then they would answer and tell us to wait outside so we waited outside of our room for one hour before being picked...
