"5 mins walk to radhanagar beach. The staff at the hotel are on top of requests and are attentive. The property is clean but for the price, rooms need a bit of a revamp to brighten up the space. Room service menu too needs an update. "

Darius was amazing and so welcoming have us loads of hints and tips about the island. The accommodation is attached to Dive India dive centre and a few mins walk to the beach. "This place was the only bad experience in an otherwise wonderful trip. Hotel does not have adequate staffing which led to most of the following issues: - it took 1 hour for them to check us in. People before me had been standing for more than 2 hours waiting for staff to prepare the rooms even though previous batch had checked out 3 hours before - No wifi in rooms, only available at reception with 200mb limit per person. - Landline was not working in room and they asked us to come to reception...

"The location of the hotel is really lovely and pleasant on the shores of the beach/sea, but the rooms given to us were in conditions, worth for zero rating on any count, except the sitout area. But the staff are good and very responsive. The restaurant and the breakfast was just o.k. We booked online two rooms called VIP rooms. But in the hotel management view, that might be ' VIP = Very Inferior People'. That was the conditions of the rooms we were allocated. Nothing more to say on it. Against...

"The property advertises amenities that it doesn't provide (the manager says they are planning to provide them in the future), which is unprofessional. They advertise laundry facilities, gym, terrace, swimming pool (swimming pool was present but had dirty water) but do not deliver. I made the booking through Expedia (and was promised Free Breakfast) but was declined by the hotel. The manager of the hotel was also very unaccommodative, and stayed adamant. The staff at their restaurant is nice...
