「The property is new at this location. We reserved a wheelchair accessible room and were informed that it wasn’t available. They assigned us to a regular room that was entirely too small with no rails in the bathroom. In the future, I would recommend you call and confirm the size of the room and including pictures. We were never contacted ahead of time about this situation and after traveling 9 hours we were too exhausted to find another hotel.」

It is off the beaten path however, it is still a perfect location, especially with the ferry ⛴️ service right there!! Everything thing is wonderful regarding what you would want in your accommodation, especially, the staff and their passion for making your stay at the Whitehaven Hotel a memorable one 🌹🌹」
