I think it would have been nice to have complementary water in the room and maybe some instructions about thevtv streaming and the AC. I think the price was great, the breakfast included quite basic and maybe they could negotiate a bit of fruit into it but it was served fast and coffee was good. I liked the area close to many restaurant options but maybe someone would think it too far from the malecon. ...

"Absolutely recommend this hotel. We stayed for one night but we were treated amazing! We arrived late at night but that wasn’t a problem. Check in was quick and easy. Our vehicle was safe in a parking lot right across from the hotel. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was included in the morning and it was delicious! Will come back again! Thank you "

"The room was spacious and comfortable. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a pool and a gym. The "pool" was about 8 feet by 12 feet and 1 foot deep there was no way you could swim in it it was not a hot tub. It was dirty and the centre drain had so much suction on it it was painful when I trod on it. It would be dangerous for a child to play in. The surrounding floor was dirty. The gym had a foul smell in the equipment was old with frayed cables and dirty I was completely...

"Really, there was not much to like. I got into the hotel after a long day of travel. The receptionists then asked for my ID which I gave her. She then insisited on me giving her my children who are both very much minors I.D's of which I refused. The 2 ladies at the front, then isisted that it was a requirement. I travel several times every few months and always with my children. NEVER ever have I been asked for their IDs. Obviously, at this point of banter that continued at least 5 minutes I...
