"Hotel is well located to St. Marks square. Shopping and restaurants are abundant. Quiet little pathway. Check-in is with staff across small passage way. Accommodations are dated and basic but location and value offset. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and breakfast was nice."

This was a get away trip to Venice, hotel was very close to to hotel off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood. The place is clean, quiet and very comfortable. Family owned business with whom we enjoyed and very helpful in sightseeing, getting around and places to eat. Our room was clean, very comfortable and clean, boarding on new. Plenty of space for two people for a week. Unlike most B & B, use of the grounds as part of the stay is encouraged and the all of the places around the B & B where...

I don't remember the name of the employee who was at the counter at the time of my check out on October 1, 2023. We were a group of 6 people who needed a large taxi to transport us to the airport and the employee very kindly called us a taxi. Unfortunately when I got out of the taxi I lost my credit card inside the taxi. We contacted the hotel employee who had called the taxi to tell her what had happened to us and she, very willing to help us, contacted the taxi driver. Fortunately the taxi...

Rooms were very comfortable and hotel was easy to get to from the airport and train station. Front desk and service staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a good time. Dinner was exceptional.

nice hotel with easy 10 min walk to train. Breakfast was nice and very reasonable. We stayed at another hotel in the same area and paid more but were just as happy here.

Close to Mestre station. Great, responsive staff. It was mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging when I lost my luggage and had to spend extra money and wasted my time. It rained during my entire stay, and trains were delayed due to national strike. I was in a hurry and left my phone before I checked out. I panicked. But the staff, especially Olesea's hospitality, kindness, ans quick response was a great comfort for me. I can't thank the staff enough. Thanks for being my great memory...

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

We found this lovely small hotel in Venezia Mestre—about a twenty minute bus ride from Venice. It overlooks a charming town square with lost of evening activity. Venice was so crowded we were actually happy to get back to Mestre in the evening and dine with the locals in really nice restaurants.
The staff at the hotel were great—the told us how to get around, even suggested a side trip to Padova, fifteen minutes by train. that was wonderful, an old city with old university and a medieval area.

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It is clean, located in a great spot, the service was amazing and our favorite breakfast of all time was at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and even closer to the cruiseport. The staff was very helpful in giving us options of less expensive ways to see Venice. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer our sometimes strange questions about Venice. Yes it is an expensive city to...

This was a well located property in mainland Venice. A quick 10-15 minute train or bus ride to classic Venice. The walk to the bus or train station is about 5-7 minutes. Tourists stay on the mainland because it’s got bigger rooms at a much lower price and are more modern for this price range (not talking about the luxury hotels in classic Venice). The hotel was large, clean, felt safe, and very convenient location. My only note was a blind shutter pulley fell down and nearly missed my head...

The hotel is very close to the Mestre train station, and a stone's throw away from the No. 2 bus which takes you straight to Venice. Seeing many hapless tourists drag their luggage all over the narrow streets and waterbuses in Venice, my advice is to stay in Mestre (pref. near the train station like this hotel) and "commute" to Venice. The bus ride is only 1.5 euro and 15 minutes.
The hotel staff gave us all of this information, including a map of places to visit in Venice and bus and...
