「We checked in close to 1:30 am and although I messaged the property through the app, I did not get any acknowledgment so I had to chase down a human to talk to. Eventually got the confirmation I needed that it was ok to check in late (in property details notification it said check in after midnight was not allowed.) desk attendant was nice enough but not professional in appearance. Room was clean but the hallways and doorways were pretty beat up. Decor was dated and showed lots of wear and tear....
