「The hotel itself was clean and beds were comfortable and staff were friendly but I didn’t feel safe in the block “A” we were staying . After checking in we went around to the “a” door and there was a van where people stumbling around it obviously not sober, cleaning out garbage and clothes onto the ground and also into a wagon. 「Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted...
