「The condo was fantastic. We had an initial problem since the unit we got was very different than the one on the site. This was corrected after one night. It is very spacious in an excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. 」

「Top of the Village is a nice slope side condominium complex. As the name implies, it sits at the top of Snowmass Village. The rooms are spacious and well appointed/maintained. The views of the beautiful Snowmass ski resort are plentiful. I’ve stayed at several properties in Snowmass Village, and this one ranks amongst the best. 「Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.」

「The property was super comfortable, and clean, the bath was new, the location was near everything, we really appreciate the parking lot. I would only say that you need to coordinate the check in 24 hs before arrival, because if you arrive after 4pm there will be no one at the reception and you need physical keys to enter into the property.」

「It’s our second time staying at the Durant. The staff is so kind and lovely, the breakfast is pretty great for continental and the lobby feels like a second family room. Love this hotel!」

「This property is in the center of Aspen, and the location could not be better! Close (2 blocks) to Aspen Mountain gondola, near to many restaurants and shops. The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lackluster and really can use improvement. Our room was decent, but very worn and should be updated. Note, that due to its location is is very noisy at night (people, trucks, etc.), so it is not for you if you are a light sleeper.」

「It was great for our need which was a place to sleep when we visited the surrounding areas.Good value. Area is nice. Bed was very hard and parking can be difficult if you have more than 1 car (we didn’t) since you only get 1 assigned parking. We visited during summer and there is no air conditioning in the unit but we left the windows open and it was fine (outside temp at night was 50 in June not sure what it would have been in August)」
