「The property was undergoing construction so the view at our window was not very good. Other than that, the hotel is very nice.」

「We arrived slightly later than we wanted and I am rather bad at checking and replying to emails. The team had emailed me several times keeping me up to date on the check in and even though I never replied, they arranged for a late check in and explained the process, which was easy and worked very well. The room was more than we imagined and the hot tub was perfection. There is a handful of restaurants nearby, and we had a fantastic time. Highly recommend 」

「ホットスパがあることがこのホテルを選んだポイントであったのに、使用不可となっていた。 また、チェックアウト後に忘れ物に気付き、問い合わせしたが何度かけてもこれから調べ、折り返すと言い、一向に返事がない。ホテル自体はまずまずの評価だったので残念。」

「This is an older property but very well maintained, bathrooms, etc., have been redone. About 3 blocks to main and main in downtown Aspen」

「The room, though small, was charming. The staff were super helfpul and nice. The granola at breakfast was yummy and they even made us a breakfast and left it in our room in a cooler the day we had an early hike.」
