"The front desk person (Natalie) was so sweet and helpful after a long night of driving. Check in was a breeze, ac was cold, and the sheets and pillows were white and clean! Parking was simple. Pets accommodating nice little green area close to the rooms. Great nights sleep! Breakfast was hot not many choices though. Other wise it was fresh and hot and the server was also very kind and helpful. "

"I loved the Retro decor at Lulu's! The room was clean and comfortable. The only noises were cars starting up in the early morning. The continental breakfast was suffiicient. The value for the price was good!"

"This place was the worse hotel we ever booked. The hotel was dirty, no AC, weed smell on the hallways, bad costumer service, they didn't have enough keys for the rooms and the keys will not open the room foor. Our room was dirty, thw bathroom was flooded with bunch of towels on the floor. We ended staying in the hotel across the street and of course we didn't get a refund. I definitely will not recommend this place at all. It happened to a lot of guests not only us. "

But I really have to give a shout out to the make manager that inspite of the hotel being at full capacity, handled himself as a true hero. He was attentive, kind and very customer oriented. "The hotel exceeded our expectations. The complimentary breakfast was better than any of the other six hotels that we visited on our last trip. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast always greeted us when we entered, and made sure all of the offerings were well supplied and the warm foods were fresh. The manager behind the desk greeted us by name and offered to put on fresh coffee. "
