"We had a great stay at their hotel. Both owners were very sweet and hospitable. Started from the wife picking us up at the airport. (Sorry I forgot her name)When we got to the hotel she immediately added us to her WeChat so we could communicate with her easily. She was very sweet the first day she noticed we were under the weather so when we got to back to the hotel in the evening she brought us some plum tea which was very good. "The Holiday Inn Express in Luoyang is a great deal. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. My room was large and cozy and the bathroom was my favorite part (huge gym-style shower). The breakfast at this hotel is outrageously terrific! Every morning there was a delicious spread of Chinese and Western dishes to enjoy. I was traveling alone during this visit to see the Longmen Grottoes and I felt very safe and happy here. I highly recommend this spot!"

"This is more of a boutique and is nestled in a nice neighborhood. It is clean and a fun place, but not a hotel as such. The best part is the closeness with the owner and his family. They work had to see that you have a nice stay and they are very helpful. The food is so so and the dining area is small but they will try to help as much a possible."
