「Communication with the owners was difficult as they failed to respond to messages promptly in regards to booking a parking space at an additional cost, and the instructions to access the parking were very late in arriving and had to be chased up several times. On arrival, trying to find the correct lock box was a nightmare with so many lock boxes, at least 3 were labelled the same but thankfully we eventually got the apartment keys and the remote for the car park barrier. 「Bed was very uncomfortable and they gave us a key that didn’t work to the front door of the building. Was woken up early morning by the cleaner so had to check out earlier than implied. Won’t be coming back 」
