"Room and front desk we're fine. It was noisy from the street and the airport and the windows and doors didn't block the noise at all."

"The Bedford Regency is a boutique hotel, please take that into account when reading this. Overall I rate our experience as excellent. That is due to location location location, especially for the price. Please consider this as things that may matter to you to be aware of, not nitpicking: 1. Location - we felt like we were in the center of it all and loved it. Chinatown is just a few short blocks away, as is the Empress & Parliment Bldg. A multitude of restaurants and coffee shops are walking...
