"Nice staff and location "

"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"The food was fresh and amazing. The hospitality is very warm and welcoming as well. Our room also had a nice open air bath that you can relax. Facilities are very clean as well."

"Great stay. I enjoyed the traditional Ryokan style room. The hotel has 2 onsen baths which stayed open late into the night."

"This was our first time staying at an Onsen, and it was amazing. The staff were very friendly, and I must say the Breakfast was great. The Onsen was fantastic, it is certainly different than being in a “jacuzzi” or “hot tub”. As for the sleeping, surprisingly comfortable, it is no wonder Tatami Mats have been used even to this day. If you’re a curious first timer I definitely would recommend staying here. The staff going above and beyond for guests is more than enough a reason to stay here."

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious! We didn’t try out the onsen as we were not comfortable with getting naked with our adult children. The location was fantastic, super close to Gora station. "
