"The stay is great - one suggestion is to pls cancel the luggage fee - your hotel is decent - and a decent hotel doesn’t charge fees for helping your clients to check their luggage for a little bit before or after the time they are check in or check out. Otherwise I would have have really enjoyed the stay. "

"There was signage in the room stating to turn off the ac whenever leaving the room, but there was no ac control at all in room 601, was a bit hot at times and even noticed the front desk girl fanning herself"

"We were actually relocated but it went really well at no extra cost and we were very pleased with the communication and ensuring our stay. "

"Overall very good, but tiny bathroom with almost unusable sink (with no stopper) but unnecessarily gigantic closet. Shower had some mildewed grout that needed attention."
