"This was my favorite place we stayed in Switzerland. The staff and vibe of the hotel were absolutely awesome. We got a smaller room to save money, but the view of Eiger was still gorgeous, The balcony was beautiful. The staff members are a delight! The breakfast was lovely. We loved chatting with the front desk. (They gave us great recommendations for hikes). The decor was fun. Room was very clean. I want to visit again because the hotel staff made our trip memorable and fun."

"We loved this hotel! I definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to Switzerland. We rented an EV car and you’re able to charge it during your stay. Even though it was a bit further from the hiking activities we did, having the car and driving to them worked out perfectly for us. "Very pleased stay right in the middle of the city"

"The location was simply spectacular. The view was amazing. Great breakfast and all while overlooking the mountains and the valley! Very friendly staff. Cable car station 5 minutes away. The hotel is uphill, the path is good to get there. There are enough restaurant options. Easy trip to Viznau and a boat from there to Luzerne. The hotel, the location made our trip memorable.
