"タクシーの手配がうまくいかず（タクシー会社の不手際が原因）チェックイン前に電話で相談したら親切に対応してくれました。チェックイン後もお気遣いいただきとても気持ちが癒されました。朝食のパンとコーヒーもとてもおいしくおかわりをしました。お部屋もきれいでベッドもとても良い感じでした。心温まる対応をいただきまた行きたいと思いました。"
