"Excellent base from which to explore beautiful Kanazawa."

"Clean room, friendly staff. Shops are very close, but set back enough from the main road to be quiet at night."

"The facilty is old & the room smelled of cigarettes, but everything else was wonderful. If looking for authentic Japanese experience (for the working and middle class Japanese) this is a very good experience. Dinner and breakfast buffet was really good. However there's little to do around the lake, unlike Yamashiro ir Yamanaka onsen area. "
