"This hotel is sooo good."

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"値段相応で本当に泊まるだけだったら十分。 少し壁が薄いのが気になる程度。 近くに大宮ナポリタンで有名な「伯爵邸」があります。"

"The onsen was the point, the restaurants was the highlight, great food selection. Craft beer with different variety. Location is remote so it has a zen atmosphere…"

"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."
