"Splash was an amazing VRBO! The space is clean, the house has been updated through out and is lovely! The location is so convenient to everything. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. The views and walk to the beach are best available. Great kids spaces here! Don’t hesitate to stay at Splash it is perfect!Brandon is a great host, we really appreciate you sharing your home with us!"

"We came in on a Saturday and left Tuesday and wished we could have stayed longer!! Amazing property and would definitely book again! Super quick minute walk to the beach and the most beautiful screened porch to enjoy the amazing beach views from! And then once inside you can see the same from every room. Just amazing!!! "

"The property was much smaller than I expected. It was on the bottom floor on the back side of the building and it was difficult to find. The eating arrangement was a very small bar, no table. There was dog hair on the living room rug and bedroom floor. The toilet moved when we sat on it.The worst thing was I heard a rat gnawing on the wall this morning, which explains the 3 rat traps that we saw around the building. I am usually very satisfied with the VRBO accommodations we have stayed in, but...
