"The hotel was a very disappointing experience. The facility looked abandoned, and even the name was different upon arrival. I was told the hotel was closed and that they had no record of my booking, despite the fact that I had already paid. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation. It took about an hour before they finally agreed to give me a room. Unfortunately, the room itself was dirty and had several damages. Due to the festival and lack of alternative...

"Filthy,had to ask for top sheet as blanket was unclean.pillows filthy Bathroom extreamly filthy.lightswitches everything filthy, long worms and snail on bathroom floor,no waste basket no bottled drinking water,waterpressure in shower dropping off.floortiles under basin and in areas in bathroom beyond professional clean.was late,so not able to look for different hotel"

"Comfortable and spacious room with a/c and good WiFi. Drains from the bathroom smell kind of bad but overall very good value for money, especially with a nice swimming pool!! "

"It seems that the owners/management of this hotel, have taken the profits and given nothing back for maintenance whatsoever. The condition of the building would be generous to say quite dilapidated even the door frames had holes and damage from where the white ants have eaten, holes in the bed linen etc The only saving grace for this hotel is its friendly staff especially Lita, who couldn’t do enough to help us."
