"Es un hotel excelente desde que entras hasta que sales, total limpieza y atenciones, excelente personal y trato."

"Overall, our stay was okay. It was not the cleanest place, they had issues with a lot of insects, granted the area and the temps will heighten this but I had to move rooms multiple times because of issues each room had. It was inconvenient for me as I traveled with two small children making things a lot harder. I would probably not stay there again if given the opportunity. "

"We originally booked one double room and one family and we got transferred out of both of them. The double room had been just recently “fixed” but as we walked in the room smelled like sewage. The family room’s Ac did not work and they could not find another family room available so we had to stay in a double room. The worst part was the first night the hotel did not have electricity for about 3 hours at night, it was impossible to sleep with in rooms without ventilation and 90 degrees weather....

"la habitación 108 nunca funciono el aire acondicionado luego nos cambiaron como a las noches, la habitación 109 tenia un vidrio roto que dejaba abrir la puerta aun que tuviera seguro, la habitación 112 tampoco servia muy bien el aire acondicionado. la comida de lo peor, porque? pues los camarones estaban echados a perder y los hotcakes nos los dieron quemados "

"Se anuncia como hotel pero no tiene servicios de hotel, no hay recepción (lo cual se anuncia) pero también se anuncia limpieza diaria lo cual nunca paso, solo hicieron un día la limpieza y eso porque nosotros la pedimos, el "encargado" mando a su nieta de 9 años a hacer la limpieza de la habitación la cual se realizo de forma muy deficiente y encima tuvimos que esperarnos todo el tiempo a que la hicieran porque el encargado no tenia copia de la llave de nuestra habitación.
