"I didn’t have high expectations-just needed a clean bed to sleep in for a night and I thought this was a property I had booked in the past, that was the mistake. The staff was helpful, but upon entry there was a giant piece of missing drywall from a leak, not a good look, but overlooked that. I was put into a “premium” room that was allegedly remodeled, the only thing remodeled was the flooring, and a new bed frame added. The kitchen was old and rundown and was not equipped at all with kitchen...
