"This place had everything we needed. It was central and convenient to walk to downtown in about 5 minutes. The third floor could be a challenge for anyone with health restrictions hauling up heavy loads. We spent time in the hot tub just about every night and it was fabulous. The building and property is well maintained. 4 oclock ski trail is right behind the building and would be great in ski season. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had great week long stay in Breckenridge. This unit right on Peak 7 looked out to the ski slopes and lift. It was a very large and very comfortable unit. I highly recommend this unit. "

"Had a quiet and restful stay at this beautiful home just outside of Breckenridge. Although it was still snowing at the end of May, it was nice just to sit by the fireplaces (there are at least 3 in the home) and relax. Many comfortable sitting areas with lovely views. The surrounding area is very quiet and there are a number of trails nearby including the Colorado Trail. The management was also responsive. Very much enjoyed my time there."
