「The staff was nice, but we booked through expedia and they some extras that were not included. For example, microwave in room along with fridge We had a ceiling leak and water pressure in sink wasnt good, they did have a maintenance guy take care of both issues. The guy that checked us in did get us a fridge We will not stay here again, but you get what you pay for」

「This is a no frills hotel, but the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The parking was very good as well. The air conditioning unit in the window was a little loud, but it worked fine. The room was small but clean. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people above us and outside in the hallway. There was only a push button lock on the door which may be a problem for some people concerned with security and safety. Overall, though, we got something better than we expected since...

「So, to be upfront: the property is dated. There are no two ways around that. Carpet everywhere, somewhat worn furnishings... if you are looking for the most up-to-date place to stay, look elsewhere. On the other hand: the staff was terrific. From check-in to everything else, they were very helpful. The room itself is nice, too. The kitchen works. The fridge and freezer do their job. The internet works, and the TV works... and our balcony view of the ocean was great. The location, too, is...

「We very much enjoyed our stay. The only downfalls were: The tile floor is beyond slippery so you have to be very careful. When we asked for a new towels it seemed to be a little bit of an issue as well as trash bags. The room was not cleaned during our stay. Great location though! I think the price point was excellent. We were near the elevator so it would get noisy in the middle of the night but I can't hold that against them. Parking is definitely tight but again that's in most places in Ocean...

「The room was not ready at check in time. I was told it was being finalized and someone would call me once it was ready. I didn’t hear back so I returned half hour later and was then told it was ready. Then, I advised the housekeeper that I didn’t need service as I was in the middle of getting ready.
