The room was hot and stuffy with electrical issues. The ceiling was damaged in our shower and bathroom. The front desk staff was rude and unwilling to make any accommodations to a different room. The AC in the rooms do not work well enough to cool the rooms so we had to sleep with the window open and unfortunately the hotel is next to CDG and directly on a freeway. The website claims to have a shuttle service to CDG but the shuttle service only went as far as a gas station, completely misleading and useless.

Only complaint on the room was the refrigerator was inoperable, even though it was plugged in and light on. There was no dial to increase cooling. We planned on enjoying a cold French wine in the room before dinner, but it did not happen.

Loved the location and the staff. The only thing I didn’t like was that everything was a little bit smaller than I expected, the room and shower in particular looked a lot bigger in the photos.
