Small room with a big window. The curtains seemed to be see-through but probably weren't. The receptionist seemed bothered by our arrival. His pizza was delivered at the same time.
Breakfast was good and had nice choices.

The air conditioning did not work and our room was not cleaned up after the first day. Fortunately, the staff was very kind and helpful to fix these issues in short time. Thank you for their reactivity !
The downside for us was the lack of space in the room and bathroom to handle the luggages and stuffs.

We booked this hotel for a family holiday with our children and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, we were given rooms on different floors, which was not safe or suitable for our children.
I spoke to reception and explained our situation, but unfortunately they were not willing to help or find a suitable solution. This was very disappointing, especially when travelling with children and expecting the hotel to understand our family’s needs.
The hotel itself is nice, but the lack of help and customer service from reception really affected our experience. I hope the hotel will take better care of families and their needs in the future.

The room accommodations were not what I reserved however we made due to the house of the restaurant were very helpful and the dinner was pretty good, however the breakfast was horrible.
