"Hotel is being renovated. The entrance is a little tricky to find. Very comfortable room with plenty of space. Except the carpeting needs to be replaced! Very worn and dirty. Metro/RER right outside entrance to hotel. The location is less than half hour walk to almost anything we wished to see. Fitness room is not worth experiencing. The hotel next to Novotel is allowing guest to use their gym. Don’t bother. Maybe after renovations there will be a decent workout facility? Although the area is convenient, it is very touristy and not really a French vibe. Staff was fine. Not overly welcoming. I might stay again for convenience, but probably will stay somewhere not so populated. "

"The location is absolutely perfect especially for all key museums and historic sites. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Even mailed our postcards. Breakfast was convenient and nice. The small shops and restaurants around this hotel were fun, quaint and fun places to people watch. Would go back again!!"

"Chain hotel in Paris and I picked this location due to its proximity to the city center. The staff was fast and efficient and checked in and everything was smooth. We were surprised that it had a full kitchen with a cooktop. Too bad we could not utilize it since we were out the whole time enjoying Paris. The room was huge with a full living area and the beds were clean and spotless. Countless number of supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within walking distance of all genders of food. Small markets plazas and even Westfield Mall that is connected to Les Chatelet metro station, right beyond us. About 10 mins walking to Notre Dame cathedral and about 25 mins to the Louvre museum 🖼️. Would stay again."
