"The front desk staff where friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the airport, and even though I arrived after 11pm the barrier and front desk were open."

"The gate doesn’t lock at night! Main door covering room 17 @ 18 is not working always open, room 17 door doesnt shut easily, maid cleaned the room but didn’t shut room. No A/C working, tv channels only in French, bath very small. Not enough space to swing a cat, pillows are only for baby usage very small (useless)"

"Very kind and helpful check in/admin. Breakfast was fun and adequate with kids. Location is very convenient, especially with kids. Bus stop for bus to station and center is right in front. Several fast food chains with indoor playgrounds are nextdoor. A great cafe and bakery is next door. A large shopping mall is directly across the street"

"Comment noter un hôtel fermé ? J'ai réservé le 8 mars, j'ai payé le 12. Quand je suis arrivé sur place, l'hôtel était fermé, et ce, à en juger l'état, depuis un bon moment... Zéro pour l'hôtel, zéro pointé pour Hôtel.com. J'espère être remboursé..."

"Lovely room with a skylight, good service and the place feels secure. Location is far from glamorous but it is near the train station and thus rather convenient."
