「You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. 「The owners who are mom and son are just the angels of the place. They go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and not go hungry. The property is awesome and the bar though small had all the goodies one needs.
The Son is a true human being. We reached late and the dining was closed for the night. Even then he made sure that we got something to eat and made some fries and bread with butter and treated us to a very local peach schnapps to top the experience.
The Mom is an excellent chef...
