"The property is well equipped and neat, room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good but the “hot” part of the buffet is served at room temperature and needs to be microwaved to become hot. It would have been better if they had sterno warming the trays, but the breakfast was good otherwise. I still thought the hotel was quite good."

"We loved out stay at Everspring! The rooms were comfy with plenty of cool air. The beds were cozy with 4 big pillows each, the water was hot, and the staff was helpful. We had a door to the outside that made it easy for us to bring our bikes in and out if the room. We would definitely stay again!"

"Great place to stay in Hill City! Walking distance to the little strip, 1880's train and a must do, Alpine Inn Restaurant! Clean, communication was great, very easy! And a bonus coffee shop in the same building! Great coffee! We would definintely stay again!"

"The property was relatively new in its update. The quality inside surprised me since the outside was rather modest. All utilities were in top condition. The host was extremely helpful and informative! The property location was only a house away from the Mickelson Trail which we drove 16 hours to ride (as well as see the incredible surrounding sites). The location of Hill City is central to all of the main tourist attractions. (This location should be on the bucket list of everyone! This was my third ride on the Mickelson Trail.) The Bicycle Rental shop is only a block away. An excellent pizza shop is on the other end of the block. The small town begins only a block away. Our 7 people were beautifully accommodated with room for more (up to 10). Parking for our 3 vehicles was more than adequate. The street is busy (holiday) but quiet."
