I did not stay at the hotel so this review is only based on my customer service with them. I appreciate the hotel has a set booking policy and my reservation was non refundable however I unexpectedly fell ill and asked if they could refund or instead move my dates of stay. The refused to accommodate any changes to my booking which was extremely disappointing when other hotels with the same booking policy have been really helpful in the past. Disappointing experience.

Lovely hotel close to alot of attractions & sites. Staff were amazing very helpful and polite.
Only negative was the lift wasn’t working at all. Only until our last day being on the 4th floor wasn’t ideal.
Also the wellness centre swimming pool etc was out of order which was the main reason for me, my why I booked.

Very welcoming staff room was large great big closets ! It was quiet views of Paris rooftops! Loved the bathroom too it had a tub / shower it all seemed pretty newly redone . You have endless choices of restaurants the notre dame is 6 blocks away max . I love Paris and i would definitely come back to this hotel ! You won’t be dissatisfied with this place ! Junior suite rooms said it was accessible for people with mobility issues but there was no lift and large luggage had to be carried up a very small spiral staircase.
