"Im Vorfeld hatte ich Ć¼ber die Expedia App versucht, das Hotel zu kontaktieren. Diese Anfrage blieb leider unbeantwortet. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Zimmer war sehr hellhƶrig. GerƤusche aus den Nachbarzimmern waren leider vorhanden. Es ist keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sicher ein Problem ist. Sonst war alles notwendige vorhanden. Preis/Leistung war fĆ¼r mich in Ordnung. Das Personal an der Rezeption...

"I have traveled to more than 30 countries and five continents. This hotel will always be in my memories. I wanted to surprise my fiancĆ© for her birthday during our trip. Although, the hotel did not have a package available. They offered to help create something for me. It was absolutely beautiful!! My fiancĆ© walked in the room and wasnā€™t long before the tears of joy started. This is what I call extraordinary customer service! They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. I wish I known the name of the female receptionist who checked me into my room and helped with the final touches. I would like to say a special, Thank you! ā¤ļø"
