サービスが残念
チェックイン時の年配の男性が無愛想で横柄な態度で最初から感じが悪かった。 宿泊前に確認したい件がありメールを送ったがさっぱり返事が無かった。 結局チェックイン時に確認した。 部屋自体は申し分ない。 一度ゴミ箱のごみが片付けていないことがあった。 床に掃除機をかけて欲しいと頼んだが明日と言われたが連絡が伝わって無いらしくもう一度頼んだり、サービス面が行き届いていないと感じることが多かった。

駅前のトラムに乗り13-14分でホテルに1番近い停留所に着きます。そこから徒歩5分ぐらいです。部屋は綺麗で広さも十分です。4泊しましたが特に不満はないです。

ホテル全体はクラウンプラザクオリティが感じられて安心感がある．朝食が29CHFはスイス物価もあるがやはり高いと感じる．トラム3番で中央駅からホテル最寄りの駅Albisriederplatzまで直通約15分は最初は距離を感じるが慣れれば気にならない．最寄りの駅からは

出張で利用しました。部屋は清潔で、バスタブもあり、アメニティも充実しています。立地はチューリッヒ中央駅や中心部からやや離れています。トラムで10分＋徒歩で5分ほどです。

前回宿泊した時に雰囲気がよかったので再度宿泊したが、今回は大規模改修中のため、ホテルへ入るところから裏口動線での移動や窓のない会議室での朝食など、若干残念な環境だった。改修工事中であることをウェブサイト等で伝えてほしかった。

Great property, in a great area and fairly close to Old Town and other areas. Definitely recommend this hotel if you have a rental car or using public transport.

The Crown Plaza in Zurich is decent…The staff is nice and welcoming. The common areas are clean/modern and plentiful. The beds are comfortable. My problems…The rooms are old, completely outdated. Stains on the carpets, aging bathroom fixtures, TVs that don’t work or intermittently (why can’t housekeeping check these daily?). And the biggest problem and something that is advertised on every website booking this hotel, THE POOL IS NOT PERMITTED TO KIDS UNDER 16! This is absolutely something that needs to be mentioned at the top of the hotel description. I even mentioned how excited my 5 y/o was to play in the pool and no one told me that he wouldn’t be allowed.
