「This is a lovely place! It is very conveniently located. It is very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well. It was very quiet. Brendan’s communication was excellent. There is a long flight of stairs. This is important for guests with joint problems or limited endurance. 」

「Great place to stay! Perfect location and loft was bright, spacious and clean. Owner was very responsive and went out of his way to help me locate an item I had forgotten. We would stay here again anytime!」

「The property is impeccably clean, tidy and maintained. Everything is also very pretty. The upstairs bathroom is shared between the two rooms and has everything you need. Sue and Al are great hosts. Breakfast was delicious. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Patterson theater and 5 minutes more to the festival theater. The walk is very pleasant through the neighborhood and along the river. We would certainly stay there again and can highly recommend it. 」
