building looks old and need maintenance in some parts, but still reasonably clean. check in process was quick and the staff were helpful.
This is my "go to" place when visiting London. While it is an older motel compared to the rest of the hotels in the area, it is clean and offers ammenities not seen in the others. Indoor pool, restaurant, and bar. They now offer a daily breakfast buffet rather than just on the weekends as before and is very reasonably priced. The pool actually has a deep end in it. While the decor is dated and could use a refresh, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and you have the usual ammenities such as a bar fridge and microwave. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. Priced less than the surrounding hotels in the area, this is the best option available. Would recommend.
Clean room. We had a minor issue with the toilet in our room (flushing was slow). Staff quickly verified the issue, and due to not being able to fix immediately they moved us into another room. It took about 15 minutes from reporting the problem to being handed keycards for another room.
Plenty of restaurant choices nearby within walking distance as well.
Great responsive staff.

Hotel is close to the highway. A variety of restaurant or a close drive or walk.
Place could be cleaner. The toilet wasn’t working. It helps to renovate and clean the property. The area around the hotel is depressing. Was leaving early in the morning and passed the store about 5 minutes away, saw a crowd of drug addicts standing there. The sight is not for faint hearted. It is all happening in London downtown's area.
The location was convenient snd the neighbourhood was fine. The restaurant was excellent and the server was very attentive. Front desk was extremely helpful. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room. But both looked good. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room was second floor far from the front desk and there was no elevator so I was a bit surprised with all the stair tre king up and down but not too bad as I am still able. Microwave and fridge were very handy to have. The bathtub plug actually worked which to me says a lot since many do not. Hotel was being used as a temporary residence in one section of the main floor. Not the newest or most modern but great staff and good restaurant certainly.
This is my go to place to stay while in London. While it is an older hotel compared to some of the other hotels in the area, it has been well maintained and upgraded over the past few years. The ammenities include and indoor swimming pool that actualy has a deep end, a bar, and an inhouse restaurant with a good selection of entrees and are reasonably priced. On the weekends they have a good breakfast buffet. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days but you can call for clean towels, etc. if you need more.
The room decor is somewhat dated and could use some refreshing but other than that, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The usual ammenities include iron, hair dryers, bar fridge, and microwave. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are also provided.
Many rooms still don't have desk lamps with electrical outlets or USB ports on them ,but this time my room did have these which is convenient for me to plug in my CPAP machine and for charging my phone and hearing aids.
My room had 2 queen sized beds and certainly had room for an easy chair. The only chair in the room was an office chair which broke when I leaned back in it.
Only downside this time was that I was woken up on my last day by the housekeeping staff walking into the room unannounced.
We only stayed one night and didn't really use any amenities. Restaurant does close pretty early; we arrived around 6/7 pm and it was closed but there are lots of restaurants around so it was no big deal. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was terrific. Overall I'd stay there again.
The room was very clean and the pool was nice and warm. Check in and check out staff very helpful.

Average hotel you pay what you get for. Family type accommodations and a place to sleep. The room was spacious and well cleaned. But the bathroom was dated and poorly put together. The towels were of medium quality at best and the toilet was low and hard to get up from. The bathtub was old ad the gaze was peeling.
Overall the staff were great, nice and very approachable. We would stay again if just passing through again.
