"We were greeted by amazing staff and enjoyed the attentiveness in which they served us. The room was cozy and clean and free parking was included in the stay, which was a pleasant surprise. The free breakfast was very good, as there were a handful of options for morning food, as well as a nice clean dining area. Overall, it was a great experience provided by the wonderful Holiday Inn in Hamilton. Highly recommend as a hotel to stay at for visitors looking to tour, or there for a concert/event."

"Check in process was a breeze . Room was big and very clean. A few negatives Elevators took forever !! Very slow . Hotel was very busy bc of a concert in town . Waited a couple times 5 plus minutes for the elevator . Unacceptable . Also the underground parking garage . We paid for parking .. parked and then went to dinner . After dinner there was no parking spots . What a waste of 22$ . They should have a second parking lot or let someone know when the lot is full and not charge them . Also the room only had 4 lamps and no over head ceiling light . I have never in my life been in such a dark hotel room . Terrribleeee lighting ."

"This hotel was fine. The rooms are relatively small. They have Dove bath products in the shower which was nice. The pool is on the smaller side, but very deep at the deepest end. There is no hot tub. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and dinner. A few restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Free parking. It’s attached to another hotel of another name as well."
