The holiday flat Residenz am Strand - 2-room flat in Zingst is a high-quality furnished accommodation in the first row directly on the beach of Zingst.

The 53 mÂČ accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 newly renovated bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Facilities also include WLAN and a TV. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the basement of the house for a fee. A private sauna is available in the house. A baby cot and a high chair can be borrowed for a fee.

One car parking space is available in an underground car park, the entrance is 2.10 m high. Bicycles can also be safely parked in the underground car park. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Pros: Wir haben diese Wohnung fĂŒr nĂ€chstes Jahr zum dritten Mal gebucht. Uns gefĂ€llt die NĂ€he zum Strand, die ansprechende und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit sowie der umfassende, zuverlĂ€ssige Service. Als wir diese Ferienwohnung in diesem Jahr zum zweiten Mal betraten fĂŒhlten wir uns willkommen und der Urlaub konnte beginnen.

Pros: Ein schöner Ort um im Herbst die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Die Ferienwohnung ist freundlich und komfortable im Ostseeflair eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei herbstlichem Wetter ist die gemĂŒtliche Fußbodenheizung eine wahre Freude. Die Ferienwohnung ist optimal gelegen. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum von Zingst, wo viele leckere Restaurants zu finden sind. Außerdem ist sie ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung von Zingst und das Fischland-Darß zu erkunden. Unser Auto konnten wir wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts bequem in der Tiefgarage parken und den Fahrradverleih direkt im Haus fĂŒr unsere AusflĂŒge nutzen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Pros: Wir hatten ein wunderbares verlĂ€ngertes Wochenende in dieser perfekt gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Der Strand ist von der HaustĂŒr in nur wenigen Schritten erreicht. Der Balkon bietet auch bei windigem FrĂŒhlingswetter einen windgeschĂŒtzten Platz zum Sonnen und entspannen. Die Wohnung ist gemĂŒtlich im Ostsee-Flair eingerichtet, sauber und die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Können diese Ferienwohnung nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ferienanlage auf der Sonnenseite. Pros: Optimale strandnahe Lage und sehr ruhig. In 5 Minuten ist man an der sehr schönen SeebrĂŒcke und kann von dort aus die Strandstrasse entlang, mit sehr vielen Restaurants und schönen GeschĂ€ften, bis ins Ortszentrum flanieren. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine moderne und freundliche Einrichtung. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Fahrradverleih. Hervorzuheben ist auch die gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gern wieder.

Pros: Wir haben im Apartment 5518 einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Einnrichtung ist gepflegt und gemĂŒtlich. Dass es eine Nichtraucherwohnung ist und dass Tiere nicht erlaubt sind, war fĂŒr uns besonders wichtig. Der nahe Strand und die kurzen Wege in den Ort gefielen uns sehr. Wir wĂ€hlen dies Wohnung auch fĂŒr unseren nĂ€chsten Urlaub.

Pros: Wir haben mit unserer Kleinen Tochter eine Woche Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung gemacht. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war super, ebenso vor Ort. Man sollte beachten, dass es keinen Aufzug und man sein GepÀck von der Tiefgarage in den 1. Stock tragen muss. Mit Kleinkind kann das schon mal anstrengend sein. Sonst spricht aber nichts gegen diese tolle Wohnung! Lage ist ebenso perfekt. Man ist sofort am wunderschönen Strand! Perfekt! Auch ein Fahrradverleih ist direkt nebenan.

Pros: Diese schöne Wohnung ist uns nsch mehreren Aufenthalten ans Herz gewachsen, und wir haben sie deshalb auch fĂŒr dieses Jahr gebucht. wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unsere Ferien nahe dem Ostseestrand und verbunden mit dem Leben in Zingst. Auch die Aufgeschlossenheit und Freundlichkeit der Vermieter wissen wir sehr zu schĂ€tzen.
