「An interesting house to stay in - beautifully restored. A bit different from the usual holiday home. We enjoyed the upstairs patio and the jacuzzi. The bedroom was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and had everything we needed. Adrian met us when we arrived and was very helpful in suggesting local places to visit - and the nearest supermarket.」

The rooms are perfect size, the air conditioning is excellent and the family room on the ground floor provided a perfect space for family bonding. 「We loved our stay at this Maltese Townhouse. The views from the balcony are fantastic, and it is in a great location. We appreciated the unique layout with the stone spiral stairs. (We are able bodied, so this may be a challenge for folks who may have something that prevents them from going up stairs.) The communication was efficient and responsive. 「Our group of friends have been there for few days and it was a memorable stay. The size of the Villa is perfect for a large group, check-in was easy and the host very friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless, even though we did not use the swimming pool because of the bad weather - the water was super clear and clean. Location is very very good and central, just few minutes walking to a big supermarket, amazing Mercury new shopping district and bars/restaurants. We will return for sure!...

「We all absolutely loved Bin Gemma. A perfect place to stay in Gozo. My husband and I had a little bit of trouble with the stairs, with the kitchen being upstairs and potential renters should be aware of the stairs if they have leg/knee problems. Definitely needed a hire car from this destination to see Gozo but lots of walkways to enjoy and the view was magic both at night time and day time. We stayed in the middle of winter and had a wonderful time. The rest of the year would be even more...

We used the bus service which goes past the apartment. The area is very safe. 「Everything was even better than I expected. My multi-generational family (2 couples and a teenager) stayed at this amazing home for a week. The original stone features, including the arches, are on the first floor and the renovations on the second and third floors are first rate. Everything was clean and neat, which is not always the case. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine on the upper floor, which makes longer visits a lot less stressful.
