A little further, Agios Kirikos (1.6km) offers tavernas, a bakery and more shops. From this central spot, many of the island’s most beautiful beaches are within easy reach: Tsilivi in 10 minutes and Alykanas around 20. A boat trip along Zakynthos’ coastline is an absolute must, whether to explore hidden coves, dramatic cliffs, sea caves, or the famous Shipwreck Beach. For land-based adventures, wander olive groves, try local delicacies in hilltop villages, or let the kids splash around at the waterpark.
