「The property is incredible with each cottage in the complex facing both sea and mountain views. The staff are attentive, extremely friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant has a great menu but their daily specials are truly spectacular. It was also very family-friendly and our baby had the time of her life. 」

「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub im großen Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern. - Saubere Unterkunft - freundliche Mitarbeiter - frisches, sehr gutes Frühstück sowie auch leckere Snacks - ausreichend Sonnenliegen direkt am Meer - Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen Das einzig negative war das kleine Bad - der Abfluss in der Dusche war womöglich verstopft, da das Wasser erst nach 1-2h abfließen konnte.」

「We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. 「We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. 「A clean, well equipped, modern villa with lovely views and fantastic outdoor living area where you can step straight from your bedroom to poolside! Located amongst rural olive groves you will need transport to get to the nearest shop and restaurants, but they are just a few minutes drive away.」

「Villa is a lovely roomy size. Perfect for more than one family visiting as there are 3 different floors Bottom floor had a lovely sitting room, bathroom and jacuzzi bath with small kitchen. Middle floor had the main kitchen, sitting room and bathroom. My mother had this floor as she has mobility issues and the top floor my daughters had as it was a twin room. Beds were comfortable. The unit had everything you need for your stay. The pool area was large with lots of table and chairs and sun beds...
