Located minutes from the famed Joshua Tree National Park, our 4 bed 3 bath home is your perfect desert getaway!



Tastefully decorated to match the lush setting, our spacious and open house has everything you need to have fun with the whole group. Relax in the spa under the stars, play pool with friends, hike in the beautiful National Park, watch TVs in the BR, or visit the shops and restaurants in downtown Joshua Tree.



And don’t forget to bring your camera—the sunsets are breathtaking!!



The Space:

Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 4-bedroom, 3 bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.





** Pool Heating **

Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The cost of heating is mentioned below depending on the months of the year. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay.



Jan, Feb - $200/night

March thru Jun - $150/night

July, Aug - $80/night

Sept, Oct - $150/night

Nov, Dec - $180/night

Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. The heating is run on propane, so in the event that the propane runs out, a prorated amount of your pool heating fee will be returned.



In addition, we will be remotely controlling pool and spa heating. If you want any of these options reach out to us. Any tampering with the equipment yourself can be unsafe and can result in additional charges to your stay. Thank you for understanding.

Our game room comes with a fun pool table and 75-inch smart TV so you can watch and play at the same time. Our master bedroom and living room also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.



The bathrooms come with essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo, for your convenience.



While downtown Joshua Tree offers fun local restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a relaxing meal at home. Our huge, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a fun dinner with the group:

Guest Access:

While you’re staying here, this home is your private oasis. We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code.



Please feel free to use the BBQ, pool table, washing machine, pool, and hot tub. The fireplace and fire pit are for decorative purposes only.



The Neighborhood:

Visitors from all over the world come to Joshua Tree National Park to see its stunning landscapes and hike and climb through its many trails. Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community, a short drive from the Park. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such guests are required to avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.

***Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***



Please keep in mind the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out and confirm your request 48 hours before the date requested. That way, we can ensure that the cleaners have the time between guests to make the space spotless. There will be a $75 charge for each check-in/out adjustment.



Please note that the pool and spa cannot be used during quiet hours starting at 10pm.



We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay. Please note that pool heating is available upon request for a fee.



Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave.



As mandated by the City, we have installed noise detection equipment in both the backyard and the living room. These devices specifically only captures and records decibel levels.



Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.



No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.



Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.
