"I stayed in three different hotels during my trip to Peru, and Sonesta was by far my favorite. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is about a 15–20 minute walk from the main plaza, which made it pleasantly quieter at night compared to more central hotels. The free breakfast buffet was easily the best I had on the trip both in variety and quality and helped cut down on food costs during the day. "We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the free filtered water station and refilled our water bottles there. The buffet breakfast was incredible - tons of options including local foods, omelets, fruit, juices and more! A note to future travelers: Be sure to prepay for breakfast- it is more than double the cost to pay in person! We wished we had added the breakfast option even though we would have missed a day due to our scheduled trek. "
