"Clean rooms, friendly staff"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Staff on arrival very welcoming. My issue, however, is that I now have two charges on my credit card - one for the room rate and deposit, and a second one for the room rate. This should not be happening. "

"The room was set up with enough towels for the amount of people who were staying. The pool was fun for the kids, even though the spa tub wasn't that hot, more like luke warm. The parking lot was really icy, and probably could have been better attended to. Getting in and out of the vehicle was a struggle. Breakfast was great, and had hot options like pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties, as well as cereals, baked goods, bagels and cream cheese, yogurts, and fruits. Overall, would stay again!"

"Not clean, hair and handprints in bathroom. Blankets for sofa bed smell like sweat. Very hot! No air conditioning. The worst was the expanding and contacting of vents right above the bed. So woke you up with a giant bang all night. I will not be coming back. I have no idea why this is rated so high?"
