「Close to shopping places 」

「We had a great time at this house. First off the walking trails right behind the house are easy hikes and at the top has great views all around the valley. The sunsets from there are amazing. Our purpose on this trip was watching our daughter play in a soccer tournament. The house was perfect for the three families that shared it. Plenty of space and a great backyard pool area. Everyone hopes to return for the next tournament they have in Phoenix. Hot tub was great on a cool evening.」

「The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. 」

「My family and I stayed here. The house was nice, very nice neighborhood. Pool was cold perfect for us. We ended up staying 4 extra days. Which the owers were very accommodating. Which was very sweet of them. I would stay here again.....」

Centrally located to everything in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely marked as a favorite for future stays abd recommendations to others we work with.」

「The host was extremely communicative and extremely helpful when we arrived. The best example of customer service! We had plenty of space and wanted for nothing. While located in the city, there was also a definite feel of the country as well, mainly due to the roosters, chickens, and peacocks in the neighborhood. Huy is the perfect example of what we want from a host...responds very quickly to questions and very helpful!」

We loved the back patio to relax and the beds were amazing for resting. The home is a short walk to downtown and a short drive to many places. 10/10 I would definitely recommend. 「This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. I would have to say that the only negative thing I would have to say about this property is the lighting. I am visually impaired so I need lots of light to...
