Pool "under renovations" doesnt say that when you are booking No room service..ice machine..or vending machine. No hotel restaurant BED BUGS IN ROOM 223 Never seen a ramada hotel in such poor shape

I booked it because it said it had a pool and waterslide. When we arrived at 8:45 pm the pool was closed .

Is kind of run down and has a stale smell. Rooms are ok and bed comfortable. Only ever saw one employee. He seemed to be the only one at front desk at all houts. Exedia has a totaly different picture of the hotel and rooms on your website. Doesn't look anything like it!

Not as appeared

I was a little disappointed when the picture on hotels.com was not the same hotel the picture doesn’t look anything like the hotel. Rooms were clean but dated and we had no wifi in the building we were in.

I was very disapointed that i was never told before i booked or even once i checked in that the pool wasn't open. That was the reason I choose this hotel. My room was clean but hadnt been checked in sometime as the tub was full of dead bugs. The was a pretty limited selection for breakfast.

No wifi, no pool, tv reception was terrible, ice machine was broken had to go to the front to grab ice, tv in lounge couldn’t change it to watch hockey, over grown men acting like little boys yelling at the slot machines!!

It is a terrible property. The advertised pool was shut down for the winter? It is dirty. The beds are poor.

Avoid

I filtered by hotels that have a pool. It been under renovations for a long time and does not look to be getting done soon. Smells like smoke and there were stains on the bed and in the bathroom.... gross!

The room we had the key card didn’t work and we were given a manual key, we had a pet so we were charged an extra 20 dollars which is understandable if the room was clean. The AC didn’t work and blasted hot air the entire night, the taps and shower were rusted and had a lot of build up. The worst part was we had we were put next to the nightclub that is attached to the hotel and you could hear the bass all night! I could only imagine what my puppy was hearing all night. We chose to stay here because it was pet friendly and it was on our way to our final destination. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

Checked in as family of 4. Had one set of towels in the bathroom. Called front desk and agent said come down and get more towels. Room was freezing when we arrived put heater on and it warmed up

Quick check in clean room spacious and quiet , However the room was cold the heater stopped working during the night and there were no extra blankets.

This hotel was not clean! You can tell that proper cleaning techniques have not been used in a while as there is a build up of dust and dirt. The lady at the front desk was very good and understanding and worked with us to find a solution.

The staff was great and the hotel was a great deal. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and the tv had a good selection of channels. The only thing is the property is outdated and in poor condition. The pool room was cold and the water isn’t heated so it was freezing cold and no one even swims, they just go in the hot tub. So if you’re just looking for a good deal and don’t care about having fun with kids in the pool, then it’s not a bad stay.
