"This is a good hotel in a very convient location on the main street of steamboat. Is is easy to walk to all of the local restaurants bars and shopping. This is a classic motel with functional rooms and some amenities. The convenience of parking your car directly outside your hotel door can be very handy. "

"The Rabbit Ears has been a favorite of ours for many years. It's nothing fancy, but the staff is excellent. It is at a perfect location in downtown Steamboat, with a bus stop right next to the motel, for easy transit to the mountain. We recommend a king room with sofa, lots of space!"

"Very old out dated property. Smelly cooking on floor 5 but quiet in the room. Not for the family. Maybe a guys weekend? Bathrooms are okay. "

"Great location for skiing but very loud at night- lots of sounds from both inside and outside the hotel. Also experienced some weird leaking from the toilet. Hot tub had a great view but was not warm at all "

"I stayed with my family for a ski vacation. The condo is outstanding, with large bedrooms, a fully appointed kitchen and great views over a creek. It' located in the heart of downtown and 1 block away from the shuttle to the slopes which is free and takes about 10 minutes. Overall a fantastic stay."
