Lovely Spot

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in town. The home was clean and private and the host provided almost anything you could need. The only issue we ran into was that the internet in the house was very unreliable and would frequently lose connection. Otherwise it was a great place to stay for our trip.

This was a cute house with a great big yard with plenty of space to enjoy. We were in town on a business trip and stayed here for 2 weeks. Right off the freeway in a decent neighborhood. We would rent this location again

Older house that has been fixed up. It fit my needs perfectly though. The neighborhood was quiet and it was close to the highway. The host supplied all my needs. Off street parking is really nice.

Excellent communication with the host. Very timely responses. Flexibility to add an extra night when we decided to extend our stay. House was clean and cozy. Provided everything we needed and was within 10 minutes of stores, gas, restaurants… We will definitely book again if we go back to Yakima

Superb space for us!

This turned out to be a great space for us. Living room seating for 5, plus 4 chairs at the table, and 2 chairs at the kitchen peninsula. Plenty of room if you have 4 or 5 people. Everything in the house worked as expected. There was plenty of space in the house and yard to spread out. The yard is superb. Nice solid 6 foot fencing separates you from the rest of the world, nice grassy space as well as concrete porch. In mid-November we sat outside on the provided lawn chairs in the sun. The host was accommodating to our requests. There is quick and easy access to a main thoroughfare which meant reduced travel time to places we were visiting. This is an older home which provides the extra charm. We will stay again next time we are in Yakima.

This cute cottage was clean, had very comfortable beds, and offered nice toiletries in the bathroom. We also appreciated the off street parking and quiet neighborhood. The only thing we’d recommend is lighting up the front house numbers for folks (like us) arriving after dark. The central location was convenient for our school event at Eisenhower HS, and we enjoyed several local coffee houses and restaurants during our stay….you can get anywhere in Yakima within 10-15 minutes from this house!
